A simple Mail Register form for keeping track of your pen-pals, mail swaps, letters to Grandma, whatever you want 🙂 There are two pages – Page 1 is for Outgoing Mail, Page 2 for Incoming. Each has an extra column for marking when a reply has been sent or received.
