Interesting. Bananas are super cheap here, 49 cents a pound. Maybe Jag should come live here lol.

Rachel – Bananas are usually cheap over summer, but the floods and cyclones wiped out a lot of crops this year so we’ve been paying between $10 and $12 a kilo. Now that it’s winter the prices haven’t got any better. Jag loves them though so we try to afford one for his breakfast each day.
That’s interesting – about the bananas – I was wondering why they were expensive there and you explained it.
